My take is 'D' , even though all the sentences are Ambiguous with 'They' and 'their' in them. It has to be between C and D , C has parallelism but it changes the 'meaning' of the sentence.
I would like to know whether this question is correct? In the non-underlined portion "suppliers are growing fish .... raising them on special diets". My understanding is that "fish" is singular and "them" is used to refer back. Is it correct?
