Hi,
I am very weak in VA section.
I need to prepare very well in VA, and writing skills section.
Please specify good resources (online forums/ tools) where i can practice essay writing. Also specify forums for group discussion.

Fortunately (or unfortunately!), you don't need to have great writing skills to ace the AWA section. All you need is a good template and you can cruise through any topic.
Check out the Analytical Writing Assessment book of Veritas. It gives you the templates (which you should learn up) with examples of how to use them. It also gives you the list of topics.

Can you point to some forums that can be used for writing practice?
I am thinking of starting a blog, but that is very monotonous. I would like a forum, where the post can be read by many others, and i can read others post also, all having same focus to improve the writing skill.
