As to the Q46 - if you are shooting for a Finance school such as Wharton, possibly but you have a great background with a finance organization and management skills.

Depending on how much time you have left, i would estimate you will need at least 30 days of studying to get Q to 49. Do you have this time for that and is that the best use of your time?

Try to get class profile from those schools. Look at where the class profile stand on your GMAT, GPA and Work Exp. That should help you better. but in my opinion you might be on the lowerend of the class profile. Doesn't mean you can not crack it. You still can.
