I think according to Parallelism, a Pencil, a Paper and a calculator should be the answer....any views please ?

We hope this finds you well.

To answer your query, in this sentence "paper" does not take the article "a" because it is a material noun, not a discrete, countable entity.

"pencil" and "calculator" take the "a" because they are both singular, countable nouns.

In other words, here "paper" does not refer to a piece of paper or a sheet of paper, but to "paper" as a material, so it is uncountable, meaning it is incorrect to pair it with an article.

B has a perfect parallelism so why should we go with E instead
