On the last TOEFL test I have received unsufficient score - 98 (Reading 23, Listening 28, Speaking 22, Writing 25).
I supposed to receive at least 100 and was sure that Writing section was completed good (310 words first topic and 420 the second one, also had opportunity to check a half of each for errors).
I found a special service of ETS - rescoring writing and speaking. I do not suppose that my speaking could be rescored possitively, but I think that writing could be improved. Has anyone already used these services? Were your scores improved?
Also, I am planning to apply to some top 10 US schools which do not have strict requirements for TOEFL, but requires it. Is it sufficient to have 98 score for that schools (NYU Stern, Columbia, Duke, Haas)?

You can easily improve your score by just retaking the speaking section it will cot you no more than $60

Sorry to differ from your opinion. If you want to retake TOEFL iBT test you need to pay more than USD 150 (depending on countries). In India it is USD 165 & in New York, USA it is USD 170.
But you can reevaluate your score by paying USD 60.
