This post
toefl-score-requirements-for-most-popular-schools-80110.html says that 109 is strongly recommended by HBS' adcom. But I believe you already knew that since your score is quite good and still you're in doubt about it.
You have a great score on GMAT and it makes me believe you're trying to compensate. Since your weakest score was on Speaking I believe this won't work. (And even if your weakest scores was on other section, there's no way to ensure such thing would work).
On the same post, you will notice that several schools also require a 25 minimum in each section. Especially for Harvard, a weak score on Speaking might be a problem and they might doubt your abilities to perform well in the discussions, which are very important.
Have you had any classes, especially for speaking? Speaking on that microphone is awkward; It is simply unnatural and is certainly a challenge for non-native speakers like us. I scored 24 on Speaking and I am retaking it. I have had no classes and went to take the tests just to see how well I could perform without preparing for it. The speaking section was my weakest and speaking to that microphone without training certainly took its toll.
I'm no expert on the matter, but I hope it helped. Success on your journey to HBS.
