If somebody cares...

I called the german customer service center of TOEFL and they said to me that I did not receive my score report yet because my case was flagged with an 'issue' and that he could not help me.
I had to call the problem issue office of toefl in USA.
After half an hour they told me that my case said that I have had a cellphone with me during the test and before I can receive my score report a responsible person needs to check the case and IF they need further information they would write me. But all in all they could not help me and told me I can only wait.
But this will take a while (probably a month or even longer) and since I need my score report really urgent (I am already past the deadline of the university) I registered for another test and hope that this result will be available faster.
But I had to pay $ 280 again. F*ck you TOEFL!

I passed the TOEFL on December 20th and still no score as well...

Sorry about that. This is really sad. After paying nearly $200, we get this kind of $hitty service. It is not about the free re-test. It is about the stress and the missed deadlines for applications. I don't know which clown runs ETS, but it is really sad that they are not held accountable even when they are caught pants down ruining the lives of students.

Hi all,
I wrote my TOEFL on March 28 in Bangalore, India and I panicked when I hadn't received my scores even 20 days later. I wrote to prometric and they responded a day later informing me that they couldn't hear my answers in the speaking section! They've given me a voucher to redo the test.
I am so disappointed. I had flagged with the person at the centre when the microphone failed during the initial sound check and the idiot at prometric adviced me to hold the microphone closer and speak! Despite doing that they couldn't hear my answers.
Guess I'll have to write it again.
