Hi,
I am preparing for the TOEFL and I have it on 16th August.
I was going through the speaking section and I am worried about certain tasks.
For example, the task 5 question asks us to state our opinion for the problem. Now, how should one prioritize, out of the 60 seconds, 20 seconds to my opinion, 40 seconds to the problem and description of the solutions?
Or should it be that the opinion is the most important aspect and it should be 40-20 instead?

Great question! And although your speaking date has already passed, I will answer this question for any other test takers who may be curious.
Here's how you want to approach Question 5.
First, spend 10 seconds describing the solution.
Then, spend the next 15-20 seconds describing the two problems.
Finally, take the last 30-35 seconds to give your opinion about which option you would choose.
