TOEFL Waiver for my target B-schools 29 Jan 2013, 12:08

Hello Guys,

My target B-schools are

SLOAN
TUCK
McCombs
UW-Madison
TAMU

I scored a 104 in TOEFL recently.

SLOAN - There is no mandate to submit TOEFL scores.
TUCK - I checked their website and also with the adcom and learnt that I am eligible for a waiver as I lived and worked in the US for at least 3 years.
McCombs - Same as TUCK but the minimum duration is 2 years in US out of the past 4 years and I already meet this requirement.
UW - 100 Cut off mandate which I already met.
TAMU - 100 Cut off mandate which I already met.

My request to you all is to let me know if any of you guys who have been working in US or an English speaking Country have applied for the waiver before ?
