Hi Riteshchauhan,
First off, a 690/Q50 is a fantastic Score, so it could be enough to get you into your first-choice School. As such, a retest might not be necessary. Obviously, Schools consider your ENTIRE profile, so no GMAT Score (not even an 800) will ever 'guarantee' you an invitation. This is meant to say that you you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement (and the more time that you have to act on that advice, the better). There's a Forum full of those Experts here:
https://gmatclub.com/forum/ask-admissio ... tants-124/If you do choose to retest, then we should discuss your prior studies in more detail; in the meantime, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on your timeline and your goals:
1) What Schools are you planning to apply to and when are you planning to apply?
2) If you're thinking about apply sometime soon, then what specific application deadlines are you facing?
3) If you do decide to retest, how many hours do you think you could consistently commit to your studies each week?
