First thing that you should notice is the illogical nature of the sentence.

Here, the words 'is a process’ illogically refers to the term which is not the intended meaning.

The second error is the use of ‘leaves’ which is the wrong word choice. 'allows' is the correct word which expresses correct intent.

Now if you scan the options you can quickly eliminate the options based on these two errors.

Eliminate Options A and C for saying that the term is a process.
Eliminate Option E for ‘process leaving to editors’ which does not make any sense.
Eliminate Option D for ‘allows editors, but not to printers’ - awkward structure.

Option B is the best choice.

Hope this helps!

A technical term cannot be a process. A term can only refer to a process. Cross out A and C. The "has reference to" in E is awkward in comparison with "refers to in B and D.
In D, remember, all "which" modifier needs a comma before it. So D is wrong. In addition, "which" is only used for a non-essential modifier (If you cross out non-essential modifier, the sentence would still make sense but essential modifier won't). Here, which is illogical.
