Since the answer choices are very spread apart, we can be very aggressive with our estimation

$$\frac{0.045\times1.9}{0.03\times0.005\times0.1} ≈\frac{0.05\times2}{0.03\times0.005\times0.1}$$

$$≈\frac{0.05\times2}{0.03\times0.005\times0.1}$$

$$≈\frac{0.1}{0.03\times0.005\times0.1}$$

$$≈\frac{1}{0.03 \times 0.005}$$

$$≈\frac{1}{0.00015}$$

$$≈\frac{1}{0.0002}$$ close enough!

$$≈\frac{10,000}{2}$$

$$≈5000$$

The closest answer choice is A

Multiply by 1000/1000 to make them all integers. Then the answer you receive multiply that by 1000 and that is your final answer.
