Can someone please explain why in Q3, C isn't correct. It directly challenges the author's claim in the first few sentences

Can someone please explain why in Q3, C isn't correct. It directly challenges the author's claim in the first few sentences

"A plane with such wings is capable of flight in excess of 20 seconds when launched from a height of 2 m in still air. Outside, where wind conditions and thermal lifts may be harnessed, flights may last considerably longer and go much further than 60 m."

C. A paper plane made using cuts, glue and sticky tape would fly further than 60 m if launched indoors in still air.

I think it is because the author mentions flight time in regards to still air, and flight distance only in regards to a flight outside "where wind conditions [..] may be harnessed".
Although I think this is a bit nit-picky as "flights may last considerably longer (outside)".

D would not weaken the argument since the nose of the plain is only said to impact capacities of the plane that are separate from the duration it can stay in the air; the wings however are said to impact the time it can stay in the air. Therefore, a plane without delta wings being able to stay in the air for 30+ seconds actually weakens the argument made in the passage. Answer B is correct.

why would choice D in Q3 not weaken the argument? It can also achieve the record but with a different nose (so the blunt nose isn't the best?).
