Two boys, Joe and Seth, can mow a lawn in 2 hours thirty minutes. If 3 other boys, Mike, Tommy and Teddy, helped, how long would it take to mow the same lawn with all of them starting at the same time?
J+S= 2.5 hrs
We need to find time of M, Tommy, Teddy

(1) It would take Mike and Tommy the same time to each mow the lawn individually.
Mike and Tommy take equal time. No information about exact time or about Teddy.
Insufficient

(2) Teddy mows faster than both Mike and Tommy
Teddy mows faster than M and Tommy. No information about rates or times.
Insufficient

(1)&(2) Together provides only comparison of their times. We can't find the time taken by all 5 working together.
