hi,
i want to apply to PhD.. and i wanna tell you a little more about me:
WORK EXPERIENCE
2007 October-Present: Ericsson Telecommunications Romania S.R.L - GSDC
Service Engineer
Messaging Back Office Service Engineer
2007 August-September: Sc ATC ROM S.R.L. Romania
Junior Software Engineer/Programmer-Analyst
Worked during the night in support of bank end-of-day (EOD) IT operations monitoring of major Banks in the SEE region
2006 October-Present: University Politehnica of Bucharest Romania
Lab Teaching Assistant
Shaping Energetic Engineers on Electronics Specialty

EDUCATION
MSc at Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology (Year of study: 6);
BSc at Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology - with i don't know what gpa (i can tell you the gpa on a scale from 0-10, it was 8)

I didn't took the GMAT yet, but would like to know the Best GMAT Score for Top 25 PhD.

Can someone tell me, how much work experience is required to do a PhD? .. and what about extracurricular activities...

I wanna aim to the best schools in the world.
I want to do PhD in Leadership after getting my MSc, can you advise me if Organizational Behavior is it fit me? or..

work experience is not necessary, so are extracurriculars. you need a fairly good GMAT but this would not be the main thing schools would look for.
what schools would look for is:
- a good story about why do you want phd in the specific area you choose
- that you have some genuine interest in a specific area of research that you want to pursue
- that you have the potential to succeed
- that you know what you are going into, and have the motivation to cope

I suppose that "An industry leader, and also committed to corporate responsibility and community participation" doesn't work anymore for a PhD also.

And what program is more about leadership??

You need to first think about "what leadership?". Market leadership, strategic leadership, or technology leadership? Depending on your selection, you can look at marketing, OB/OT, IS, etc.

just about any PhD program will prepare you to be a leader (vis a vis research and teaching) in whichever field you choose to specialize in.

tkkoh wants to know what field that is.

Since you said "a LEADER it's   a Leader in any group." I am going to take it that you mean leader in the sense of "I lead and manage diverse teams of successful people, possibly in various contexts and possibly across different industries depending on my career path" The PhD is not going to necessarily teach you how to do that... if it does it is in a somewhat tangential way. i.e. you learn and discover new ways to do something very specific (like a new method of persuasion in a very specific context, or a new way to manage a specific technology)

When you get a PhD you become such a super specialist that I don't think you will have the sort of general know how that you need to lead diverse teams of people in a business setting. In some respects, if my interpretation of your definition of leadership is correct I think it may even be a hindrance. If you don't want to research and teach than PhD might not be for you; it isn't a super sized MBA.
