How to word interview request email?

Question

Hi everyone, I am probably being overly paranoid, but I have been assigned an interviewer 2 days ago and still struggling with the appropriate wording. I know, it's THAT time of the application season, you sweat every punctuation mark :-)

... All my attempts sound either cocky like "YOU have been assigned as MY interviewer" or forced like "the Alumni Org connected us to set up an interview".... As an excuse - I am not a native speaker :-)

if you need to worry about how to ASK your recommender for a rec, you shouldn't ask them

kigs, not Recommender - Interviewer. I have been assigned an alumni interviewer from the school I'm applying to and need to write him an email to decide on time/date/place to meet for the interview.
