Hey someone seems to have deleted the American females' record and mine too from the spreadsheet!

there is one american female on the spreadsheet who says she was accepted r1...
unless she was a waitlist/accept/defer from r1 of the september intake...
almost 5% of the class being deferrals seems a lot though

FWIW I'm 99% sure these are all deferrals from previous rounds of admissions (e.g. 12J admissions).

The 22 you mention have been there for at least a month now (noticed the "12D" label while searching MBAConnect a while back), so these don't represent NEW admits. The count now is 23, so we might have our first true 12D admit, or another deferral.

Give the adcom a few days to update MBAConnect once admits start rolling in...they don't add new accounts to the system immediately...took me a week or so to show up...

Yes, I have also noticed that my record was missing from the spreadsheet a couple of days ago, and I added it back. And today it seems that the citizenships are mixed up.

I am an R2 applicant. Any idea when (from the app deadline for a particular round) INSEAD starts sending out interview invites and when they start sending out rejects (w/o interview). The R2 app deadline was on Jun 15th.

It can just increase the wish be admitted (or not ?) rather than anything else. So how does it help waiting ?

To this post, I want to respond we know how cool your school is; no need to brag about it. It frustrate us more than anything else. (I am talking on behalf of myself and several other applicant friends)

Actually I don't know if you noticed or not, there are lots of viral videos about INSEAD appearing on youtube recently, and I stumble upon different links there and there quite often. It is the part of INSEAD Advertising & Social Media Strategy class - see here https://the-insead-mba-experience.insead.edu/?p=3540.

My guess is that jzhang is just promoting the particular video

and I personally am glad to help by at least adding my one view of the video to the overall amount

dude Nikhil... I don't think most with avg/above avg profiles will hear anytime before a few days prior to the R2 results deadline of July 22... Unless the profile is an absolute no-brainer INSEAD's not gonna get back for another month for R2 folks... You have a very high GMAT, who knows you may fall in that "no brainer" category

... just kidding. Depends what you're after. If it's a Top 20 school then 700 is probably 'safe'. just remember though that it's only there to give them a standardised indication of your ability to deal with the programme - they just want to make sure that everyone they admit is going to pass and not miss out on all the extra-curricular aspects of an MBA. Best thing to do is check the mean and std deviation the top schools.

As most ppl on this forum will tell you, it's often more a case of personality and experience than cold-hard metrics. Those are important, but only as a filtering mechanism. Anyway, that's what I've been led to believe over the last year and a bit of being the process.
