Good luck to everyone with the interviews. One of my interviewers did not like me, I could tell from the way he said I sometimes don't recommend people but they still get in. Guess what, I did get in!

Is it possible that the opposite thing happens, i.e. can it be that both interviewers recommend you, but you still don't get in?

gmhdxb, it actually saves data automatically, as soon as somebody makes a change in it.

Well, it works fine when I try changing something (just tried 2 times). The security settings are the same for everyone, so it should work. Try it one more time.

Hi, is anyone in London still awaiting interviewer details. The last time I heard from my co-ordinator was a week ago and at the time, I was told that tomorrow was the extended deadline - I'm clearly not going to be able to schedule the interview by then. If anyone else is in the same situation, how are you going about dealing with this issue? Thanks

Hey Whitefoord,

I am not based in London, but I was asked if I could travel there for my interviews, which I agreed to do.

The last contact I had with my coordinator (yesterday) was when she asked me my availabilities to travel to London.

I wasn't aware of deadlines for the interviews, but since the situation is not something I have any control over and is completely in the hands of INSEAD, I don't think it will impact me. In fact, somone in an earlier post mentioned that some applicants in previous years did their interviews 2-3 days before the final decision day and got in.

I had already sent an e-mail to my coordinator last week just to make sure they hadn't forgotten about me. At this point, I decided the only thing I can do is wait. There is no use for me to put any pressure and risk antagonizing my coordinator.

I am not too worried, but I must say that the situation is highly inconvenient for me. The good thing is that my supervisor will not give me any trouble if I need to take a day or 2 off.

Hi Hdim,
Thanks for the reassuring words. My attitude has always been pretty much the same as yours - ie. this is out of my control and it's incumbent upon INSEAD to arrange the details for me.

I'm also fairly apprehensive when it comes to contacting the coordinator as I'm conscious of possibly annoying her - I'm under no doubt that she will be doing everything in her power to find an interviewer.

Despite that attitude I still can't help but feeling that on some levels this is potentially detrimental to my application... for example, could it be the case that spots for R1 are rapidly being taken up both those that have already had their interviews? All speculation, I know.

As someone else mentioned, it's really hard to understand how they would struggle to find alumni is some of the major global centres such as London! Whatever the circumstances, it appears as though you are likely to be far more inconvenienced than me - I noticed from the spreadsheet that you're based in the Middle East!? Seems crazy that they would make you travel all the way to London! Sorry to hear that.

I guess I will just have to wait and see!

Hi Whitefoord,
Based in London and also still awaiting second interviewer details. I just called AMB since I was getting worried, and she said that a number of people were still waiting to be interviewed. Promised to get back to me with second interviewer details ASAP (but like you, I had heard the same from her last week).

I also asked her if I would still be hearing back about the final decision by 24th June, and she said yes - that I would be reviewed along with other people who had their interviews earlier than me, and would still hear back by 24th June.

Fingers crossed and hope we hear back from her soon!

Guys , I can understand your anticipation. However , I did read on previous forums about candidates who got in with just one interview. I am sure that INSEAD is trying it's best to arrange for interviews but this is more to say that if they like your candidature , they won't jeopardize your chances incase they cannot find second interviewer.

And yes , just 10 days to go , I am not putting my phone on silent mode anymore : )

All you guys who are still waiting for your interviewer details - don't forget that INSEAD are looking for interviewers with a more or less similar background (same industry etc...) - that can take some time, especially if the candidate has a very unique WE.

I also heard about that a lot prior to my interviews, but in practice it turned out that my interviewers had quite different profiles from mine. I worked with finance for 6 years - auditing, operational finance consulting, and now mostly budgeting and management reporting in manufacturing company. But my first interviewer was a marketing director in high-tech company, and my second interviewer was a venture capital investor. It was quite surprising for me when I received their details from my coordinator :) But still I have quite positive impressions on both of my interviews.

And Chukibu, congrats with getting in! :) hope to join you soon.
