Does anyone know what is the latest time on the day of the deadline by which the application should be submitted. I haven't seen a specific time mentioned. Other schools usually mention the time along with the Deadline date. Does this mean that we can submit until 11:59pm EST on 1st Nov for R1?

Correct. Submit your application by the end (12 am) of the day, but you'd better do it at least hours ahead of the deadline in case of any technical issues.

Hi bb, In the first page, in the deadlines box is messed up. Rd 1 is due on Nov 1 and Rd 2 on Jan 4, while deadline box makes it look like Rd 2 is on Nov 1 and Rd 3 on Jan 4.
