Hi everyone

I have OG12 and Mgmat guide 4th edition i got these books in 2011, so should i buy the new updated books or i can still prepare from it?

Prepare using them, they're fine. I'm using them with no issues. I've seen the new ones and it's about the same content, but organized differently.

However, I'd get OG 13 and the OG Quant/Verbal 2nd books. These are additional practice problems. Also use MGMAT OG Archer to track your problems. It's like $13 and very helpful.

I like the MGMAT 4th rather than the 5th

Is it also duable to use the OG 13th edition with the MH guides 4th edition?

I did order the OG 13th edition and only have the MH 4th guides.

I believe yes . Just search this forums for a conversion chart from OG 12 to OG 13 so that you can cope with the MGMAT 4 classification of OG problems.It is based on OG12

If you use Online Archer, MGMAT does the conversion for you since the questions that overlap with OG12/OG13 disappear based which problems you worked from.

As a result, getting both books is helpful. I basically used OG 12 because I have the companion guide for OG 12. OG 13 is still good too, but many of the problems in the MGMAT's Archer is "undefined" so you don't know if it's a 300-500, 500-600, etc problem
