I applied in R2 and just got an email telling me they need more time (upto 2 weeks) to review my application. Looks like a soft way to waitlist me for an interview.

I read about a guy on this forum who got an interview invite in R2. You seem to be Indian (so am I) - maybe they will limit the number of Indian applications they interview in R2.
