I downloaded the free version...
I launched the installation.
It looks like the installation freezes at this point : Installing GMATPrep// First-time initialization in progress, please wait... I waited hours and nothing
How do I install the program ? help please
P.s. I downloaded the program about a week ago but later it stopped working. I uninstalled and tried to reinstall it however the problem stated above occurred.
I tried to download the program to another computer (using my email address and password), the same problem described above occurred as well on a different computer.
I launched the installation.

I had the same problem, and here's what I did to solve it:
While the installation process is stuck at whatever stage, select the newly added start menu entry for GMATPrep. Do this WHILE the stalled installation screen is active, not after you've ended the process. All you have to do is click on the start menu icon for GMATPrep, and the installation process completes itself.
