Which b-school will yield the best placement rate in the tech and finance sector in the San Francisco or Los Angeles area?

Great job getting into 3 schools!
I would say Ross or UCLA but taking into consideration you want West Coast, my first chose would have been UCLA.
For Finance, I think UCLA is a strong school on the west coast even when compared to Stanford.... though keep in mind that on the East Coast, unless you have gone to Stanford people think you took Surfing and Golf classes.
P.S. Last year 81 grads received finance jobs (well above the count of the USC or Ross grads) at Anderson. Average salary around $100K.
P.P.S. I see no reason to go to Michigan for school only to come back to LA/West Coast after that. Not worth the effort and the alum network in LA will be so much stronger as everyone respects/loves UCLA.
