A. 38%

In March, the company had \(0.25 * 80 = 20\) female customers.
In April, the number of female customers increased to \((1-0.4) * 160 = 96\).
Using the formula for percent increase: \(\text{percent} = \frac{\text{Change}}{\text{Original}} * 100\%\), the increase is calculated as \(\text{percent} = \frac{96 - 20}{20} * 100\% = 380\%\).
