I wanted to know the following:
1) Does the official scorecard show how many times we have rescheduled the test?
a) Does it show the dates also for the reschedule?
2) Does it show how many times we have cancelled the test before 7 days?
3) Does it show that we cancelled submitting the scores on the test day ?

From my understanding of the official report, it will only show the scores (or cancellation of scores) from when you actually sat for the exam.
I believe that it does not show how many times that you rescheduled the test nor will it show the reschedule dates.
However, if you take the test and cancel within the two minutes after seeing your score at the end of the exam, that will appear on your official score report and will be sent to the schools.
