The question basically asks for the LCM of these numbers.
\(8 = 2 * 2 * 2\)
\(9 = 3 * 3\)
\(10 = 2 * 5\)
\(11 = 11\)
\(12 = 2 * 2 *3\)
LCM = \(2 * 2 * 2 *3 *3 * 5 * 11 = 3960\)
\(8 = 2 * 2 * 2\)
\(9 = 3 * 3\)
\(10 = 2 * 5\)
\(11 = 11\)
\(12 = 2 * 2 *3\)
LCM = \(2 * 2 * 2 *3 *3 * 5 * 11 = 3960\)

Lets start with the smallest number:
890 - Not divisible by 12 (3 * 4) as the number is not divisible by 3.
2970 - Not divisible by 8 as the last three digits are not divisible by 8
3960 - Divisible by 3, 4, 8, 9, 10 and 11.
Answer: C
