Hi ngbpy,

First off, a 710/Q50 is an outstanding score (it's right around the 90th percentile overall), so you can comfortably apply to any Business Schools that interest you. As such, a retest is likely not necessary. You're ultimately asking Admissions questions though, so you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile. There's a Forum full of them here:

Your English is outstanding - you scored in the 98th percentile on Critical Reasoning! Sentence Correction is usually the easiest sub-section to improve upon, but since your score is already quite high, there is no guarantee that you will do much better next time around - your other Verbal sub-section scores may go down, cancelling any improvement in SC performance. It looks like your Verbal score is consistent with the Verbal scores from your practice tests, so 710 probably reflects your current level.

Whether you should re-take obviously depends on how strongly convinced you are that you'll be able to improve remarkably for the next test. A 710 is very high. A 760 is even higher. Whether you can get there and whether the improvement will be worth the additional investment of time and money is something only you can figure out. In the top range, GMAT scores are subject to the law of diminishing marginal returns; it may take a lot of effort on your part to move up the percentile ladder.
