Here also, there are multiple combination like option 1.. Not sufficient..

The word OTHER tells us that one of these two distinct digits cannot be 1, as 1*2=2.. so here 2 is repeated
So possiblities...
A) 2*3=6

So q can be 6 or 8
Insufficient

(2) q has only one odd factor.
Can be many possibilities
Insufficient

Combined..
6 has 1,2,3,6 as factors, so TWO odd factors.. out
8 has 1,2,4,8, so only 1 odd factor..
Ans is 8
Sufficient

And there are only 10 digits --- 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9
Above 9, we are looking at 2-digit (10,11,56,99), 3-digit numbers(100,111,...999)
So q<10
