1) since the salon got favourable response from 2/3 of former customer then it got Fav response from 200 former customer ==> this 200 is already more than 20% of the total ; 200/900 ~ 22% hence suff
2) same way 1/3 of potential customer = 200 fav responses which is again > 20% of total, hence suff
