The perimeter of a Rectangle = 2(l+b) = 2(12+10) = 44 feet;
The Area(Surface Area) to be painted = Perimeter*Height - Deductions => 44*8 - 60= 292;
No of Rooms , Area for Three rooms = 292*3 = 876 Sq-ft
