76% of the days, the temperature was less than or equal to 141.3 degrees => 26% had higher than 141.3 - 96 days

(1) 60% of (>100) = 96 => No of days > 100 degrees = 160
160 is less than 50% of the days, so median is < 100 => sufficient

(2) This is same as statement 1 but worded differently - so this is sufficient as well

so answer should be D
