Hello,
My journey is not yet complete. This is just a part of my journey. Strike that. This is
one of my crucial part of my journey.
Most people I have seen, struggle with verbal part of the exam. However, i dread the quant part. Not that I am a verbal king or anything

but usually quant surprises me a lot while practicing .
When I first took the free exam I scored a mere q 24 and v 30. I spent a lot of time researching on how one can improve. Read a lot of debriefs.
But honestly I think what helped me was not just reading OG but actually analyzing each question type that is present in it . GMAT spends lot of time and money in preparing questions. Just understand this fact and you'll never touch other stuff before mastering OG.
So I observed pattern of questions being tested. Figured out what being asked/tested and in my mind , drew the approach that is needed to solve the questions.
One more thing that helped me was being consistent in my practice. Most of the days, I won't sleep until I solve at least 10 different Quant questions.
Coming to resources, as I mentioned OG, Quant Review is a must. Then stop researching so much and stick to one material. The one that helped me was
Target Test Prep . You don't have to take my word for it . Just try it out for a dollar and see or yourself. It's best to clear concepts and to slowly increase the toughness.
Once you are confident, then go through Bunuel's questions a.k.a
GMATCLUB tests.
That's it , just following these helped me fetch the Q47 in GMATPREP2. i still need to improve atleast 3 points in quant. I believe it can be achieved with little more practice .
So, if you're like me who is not so great in quant, you can still ace it by focused prep. Just don't take it so serious. You can do it
