If 5 employees are a part of both the sales and design departments, but not in customer care, what is the maximum number of employees who are in both customer care and design, but not sales?

If correctly interpreted, it will be 11

If the maximum number of employees who are in both customer care and design, but not sales is 19, total number of employees can never be equal to 80 that contradicts the information given in the question.
Total of number of employees would be 13+19+40=72 ( You can see that in Venn Diagram.)

If I interpretted the question correctly, I will get 19
(Design has 24 employees, 5 of them are not in customer care, so the 19 rest employees can be in the customer care)
