You should get an email 24 hours before the interview with logistical details for the interview. It will be a zoom interview, not Skype. Who uses Skype anyway :)

It was required as part of application. I would work on it regardless the school ask it. Eventually I think they will ask :)

On naces.org website, there is a list of all university approved agencies for course evaluation process. Can you please recommend me the best agency that can complete this process in a relatively quick manner, at the same time not too much expensive.

Anything but WES, they are the worst. Takes days for their customer care to even respond and they’re are also not very polite over the phone.

kellogg said that they will be sending the interview invites in batches. are these triaged in any way or is it random? there are people who applied after me in the fall that have received interview invites. does that mean they are the top picks?

These are standard questions. My interview was ~30 mins and following questions were asked.
Walk me through your resume?
Why MBA? Why Kellogg?
Why MBA now?
Short-term/Long-term goals with MBA?
What do you do when not working?
What clubs would you like to join?
How would your colleagues describe you?
What role do you play in a group setting/group project?
Any questions for interviewer?

I think so. The competition is higher than normal and the schools want to target the most desirable candidates before moving on to others. So there will be waves starting with the most desirable candidates to the least.
