The right answer is option B.

The subject of the sentence is Dr. Martin Tidball, which is singular, hence the verb has to be singular as well. However, options A, D, and E use the plural verb  are  instead of the singular verb  is . We can therefore eliminate options A,D, and E.

Between B and C, there is a parallelism error in option C. The infinitive forms of the verbs to uncover and discover are not parallel to the gerund enhancing. We can therefore eliminate option C.

Option B is correct. Uncovering, discovering, and enhancing are rightly parallel.
