A)No,since only India has a constant increment in the CO2 ,but the question says that it should occur for 2 countries
No,since CO2 emission for US for 2005 is 19*295753000=5323554000,while for China it is = 5*1304000000=6520000000
No,since for 2010 we don't have any data

1750*1,304,000,000(China's GDP) - 750*1,095,000,000(India's GDP) should be 1,460,000,000,000 though? The answer B given is 10^3 times smaller.
