Both are great schools! In RSM you will pursue a BSc whereas in Esade it is a BBA. The difference is that RSM is 3 years while Esade is 4 years. In both, you will learn all the necessary knowledge in business, so it depends on when you want to finish. Both will give you access to the same master's, depending on your (good) grades. One important thing to consider is the price; RSM is 2 143 euros per year while Esade is 16 950! But then it also depends on where you want to work afterwards (Netherlands vs Spain).
