I have officially submitted my application for INSEAD Jan 2021 intake. I am naturally at the video interview stage which I assumed only comprised of 4 questions, each with 45 seconds to prepare and 1 minute to present. However, on Kira's description page, under "Common Questions" I read:
"How many questions are in this assessment?
Your assessment has 4 questions. Assessments always vary and can contain both video and written questions. Video questions typically take 1-2 minutes to complete, and written questions typically take 5-10 minutes to complete."
What are the "written questions"? How are they presented and where can I find examples? I can't find much information about this anywhere on the internet. The Is this new or am I misunderstanding something?

I think that is just general information for what can be done on the Kira application, so a school can choose to use video, written or both. However INSEAD only does the 4 video questions
