'However' should be set off by commas on both sides. When it's at the beginning of a clause, it just needs a following comma.[/b] By this rule, A and C are eliminated.
'which' in B can refer to either Research or Typhoid Treatment which is ambiguous. Eliminate B
Between D and E, D can be eliminated for the usage of 'where' which doesn't refer to any location here.
