There is a split between plural "have" and singular "has"
Price is SINGULAR so "have" OUT , A and C are out.
Now we have another split on "their" used in B and C , Since Farming community is Collective Noun as its referring to community as whole not to the individual members of the community .So for this Reason
B and E are OUT.
D is the Right Answer because its taking care of above mention errors.

But isn't the question misleading where it talks about the future event whilst keeping the farming community in the past tense. Can you please explain the timeframe of the sentence?
