Here, the writer thinks that Caiyan is unlikely to eat pizza tomorrow. The Conditional Tense (would) shows the hypothetical result of an unlikely or untrue condition. In place of would, the form "could" can be used to indicate improbability.

COuld you please shed some light on the usage of 'ATE' with 'TOMORROW' ?

1.)
If Ram were a pilot, he would be flying in the sky.

we use "were". Why? Because it is hypothetical situation. Ram is not a pilot.

2.) If i go to market tomorrow, i will buy ice cream.
We use go because it is conditional and likely to happen.

3.) How to define hypothetical situation for future? This is hypothetical and will not happen.
If Caiyan ate pizza tomorrow, then she would become fat.
it means She will not eat pizza tomorrow. But what if she ate pizza tomorrow --<hypothetical> then xx( in Hindi: agar vo kal(tomorrow) khati to , xx)

I hope it helps.
