This is the official thread to discuss queries in regards to 2021 intake for SDA Bocconi. The MBA applications review begins in October 2020 and ends in July 2021. From the admission page of Bocconi : " As soon as we receive your application, we carry out a pre-selection process based on the documents sent. Once pre-selection is complete, we'll let you know if your application is suitable to proceed to the selection process. The final selection result is communicated to you within 12 weeks of receiving a complete application, i.e. after all tests have been completed and all documents received. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and, given the large volume of applications, those received well in advance of the final deadline have a greater chance of being admitted. Therefore, it is in your best interest to submit the application as early as possible. "

I received a mail from the school, stating that they are waiting for my official scores to be reported. I reported my score to the school today. How many days does GMAC take to let the school view the scores?

Hi guys!
I got an interview invite from Bocconi on 21 May and they asked me to get in touch with an alumni for the interview. The alumni hasn’t responded to my email since the last 5 days. I also sent a gentle follow-up email - but not even an acknowledgement of the email! How long should I wait before I share this with the adcom team?

I don’t want to sound impatient + also don’t want to delay this process as I have a few deposit deadlines I need to make a decision on.

Your thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

I get it. Is this a female alumnus from Facebook? If yes, then I had the same problem. You can write to the admissions team requesting them to get in touch with the alumnus. You won't sound impatient - Don't worry & even if you do, it is justified. B-school is a big deal

Is there anyone who had an interview late May or early June and has received a feedback ?
I’m worried because Bocconi is my first choice but I have to pay a deposit by 25 th of June in another university . And I don’t know if I am going to have my feedback by then

I had my interview on 5th June and haven’t heard back. I also requested for an early decision because of other deposit deadlines + the processing time for a visa as I’m an international candidate. They said they can’t do that and that it will take up to 12 weeks from the date of my application submission. Going by what others in this thread mentioned, it should be around 4 weeks from your date of interview.

Hey! Our processing times and admits were from before deadline. If too many applications came near the deadline, processing time can indeed be 12 weeks!

Hi Perpetual,

Definitevely a very long wait, I did my interview the 5th of May, wrote to them after one month, and after 10 days they kindly replied back to me that it has to take more because of the strong competition.
After all of that I posted here once got the official response (nerve racking period in the meantime).
Hope that was of help.
