Sometimes it is very very difficult, to focus on the good things but when I do find myself getting bogged down I go outside for a walk or drive. I put some music on and try to get lost even if just for a short time. I am also a big list maker for both work and home, some list items are all business and some are fun for me, like changing the oil or getting some stuff ready for the season. You’re not alone so I hope that at least gives you some solace.

Hi, this is a very pressing issue right now.
I have found two ways to overcome your stress during this difficult time for the whole world.
1. Bring your life back to normal: go to bed on time, eat regularly, satisfy your body, because it is created by nature to be in motion, not just sit and lie down.
2. Exercise. Not sports, but physical education, because sports are a traumatic thing. At the very least, go for a walk with a like-minded partner or a loved one.
I recently wrote an essay on stress and published it on some sites. You can look for Timothy Miller and there should be some articles about it. So, I wrote an essay on this topic and together with https://thesisgeek.com/ wrote a very interesting article, you can also find there a section of the blog and find a couple of interesting facts to prepare for GMAT.
Besides, I can recommend you to read this article from the center of diseases https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nc ... xiety.html
Wish you good health!

I have read some very good replies, I will just add:
Study in a quiet place.
Eat organic healthy food.
Drink more water.
Do not have your meals just before studying.
Divide your timetable into a time slot.
