I took the GMAT and I need to get MINIMUM of 550 for my program but got only 510. I have no more than 1 week to retake the test to meet my application deadline (after considering not taking it at all), what can be possibly done in this short time frame to improve my score?

If you gave your quant and verbal score splits, it would help to make a comment objectively. Anyway, focus on easier problems so that you can get them right.

Good to see you are quite clear about your aim, ie. 550 on GMAT.
Looking at your score you have a good verbal score.
Would suggest you to concentrate on quant, especially easy and medium difficulty levels only.
Since Q27 is about 30percentile, even with 500, but such low quant percentile might raise some eyebrows on your score.
So, would suggest you to concentrate on quant and it would be great if you can reach above q40 (50 percentile).
