I am sure you'll get it this time. You're nearly there.
Basically you cracked the plateau.

Do go through the thing I mentioned in my previous post. No expert/tutor will ask you not to follow their resources. But I only ask people to follow a certain set that I have mentioned on that thread. Feel free to bookmark that and like it if you did.

Hey,

I am slightly disappointed with my score. I was averaging between 730-770 on the mocks. I expected to atleast hit the lower 730 as I know that there is a realistic 30 points drop in final.
I studied from the below materials.
CR: Powerscore, Veritas Blogs by VeritasKarishma - mam you are amazing, CR from gmatwithcj ChiranjeevSingh and from egmat CR pdfs (which are mostly be CJ himself)
SC: CJ website - awesome, GMATNinja & VeritasKarishma explanations for each question on SC / CR, GMATGuruNY - thank you Mitch, e-gmat SC free pdfs.
RC: thegmatblogger has a good note on RC.
Quant: Jamboree-helped to Q48, QWQW blogs by VeritasKarishma - this helped me get to Q50, GMATClub tests beautiful - Thanks Bunuel for organizing, maintaining and posting solutions to all problems.
Jamboree tutors in Pune - Bharat and Shreeyas when I took class about 2 years back. They helped me get to Q48 and a decent verbal foundation. Shreeyas is a great motivator.

Posts from AjiteshArun and Sayant (xmod). Also I read a few concepts of EducationAisle (your book is detailed and awesome for advance SC, but a wee bit dense)

I heavily relied on the club.
I believe the best experts are online on the Club and honestly, I didn't find a need of a tutor. Karishma mam was always online. This awesome club - thanks bb - made me feel like I was studying under the best tutors.
The responsiveness of all moderators is amazing.

I am very grateful for all your help.

10 years ago I gave the gmat once and scored 650 (Q48, V31). I quit the prospect of giving the exam but didn't find much satisfaction later. Studied again in 2018 with Jamboree, but could not give the exam although I reached mock levels.
This year again I studied with Corona saving office travel time. I work full time @ Amdocs as an expert(IT).
Also, I am a part of my family business. That leaves me really no time to study. So I am grateful in a way I got this time.

My exam day or previous night was bad. I slept 4 hours and wasn't well on exam day. But while giving the exam, I didn't feel that less sleep impacted me. So I won't attribute my failure to external reasons.

I want to pull up 50 points.
I am attaching my ESR. I really don't know what to make of it. Can some one help guide where I need to improve. Is it timing or skill.

Also, I have run out of colleges for this sem. I am currently drafting my ISB applications. Though I will take the gmat again in 3-4 weeks for the upcoming year.

Hi kagrawal16,

700 is a great score. But if you feel you can take it up to 750, then I can definitely help you with that. The first thing in that process would be to identify your weak areas. As you have attached your ESR, that would be definitely helpful but I feel it's better to have a one-on-one discussion rather than responding here as the former would be more effective. We could connect over a zoom conference call and analyze your ESR together and at the same time come up with a study plan to improve your score to 750.
