Hey buddy,
25 backlogs is definitely a serious concern but you have done a good job with the gmat so you have to come up with a plan for the backlogs coz the reason you gave puts you straight out of the contention.
Secondly you haven't mentioned your college or University name coz that plays a role as well.
You have some good extracurricular activities use them wisely.
In the end I would say for you your Essays will play the most crucial and critical role as for the experiences that you have had, make sure to justify the backlogs.
Hec lbs are out coz of the backlogs essec is tough but depends upon your application and escp would be competitive too.
All depends on your application now.

Bro don't target uk based colleges as they are just cgpa centric.
You can target Escp, Esmt is also a great school.
