Use the options to your advantage.
Let the laptops sold at new price x+10000 be y.
\(\frac{760000}{y}=\frac{728000}{y+6}-10000\)
A. 16
\(\frac{760000}{16}=\frac{728000}{16+6}+10000\)
Left hand side will be an integer with zeroes in end, while right hand side will be in decimals.
B. 20
\(\frac{760000}{20}=\frac{728000}{20+6}+10000\)
\(38000=28000+10000\)....Yes
Or solve the equation
So \(\frac{760000}{x+10000}=y\), and \(\frac{760000-32000}{x}=y+6\)
Thus \(\frac{760000}{x+10000}+6=\frac{728000}{x}\)
