Hi Rockstar20. You don't have to attach any additional information. A simple declaration starting why you are entitled to a waiver in a PDF document is fine.

You can contact the admissions office if you require any clarification.

Where do I submit that in the application, in the test scores there is no option for the waiver one?

Hi , i have doubt regarding English proficiency test waiver for Simon.

Do I have to submit anything such as supporting documentation or is there something else as well . Please help with the detailed steps.

Thanks

Hi Rockstar20,

I have attached the screenshot of the requirements stated by the school.

Also, as I went through the application process last year, I applied for a waiver. I wrote about all the supporting facts such as the medium of instruction in my undergraduate institution, the medium of communication at work and high school, and lastly my Verbal score in GMAT. All this information and a supporting document helped me get a waiver.

To sum it up, you will need an essay and a supporting document (be it mark sheet / degree / transfer certificate), where it's mentioned that your medium of instruction was English, to be considered for this waiver.

Hope I gave you some clarity, all the best!
