Hi,
Both of them are good platforms, but I prefer magoosh as the video lessons are short and concise. As eGMAT video lessons are lengthy, you have to invest much time in the lessons. Did you see the post of mikemcgarry, magoosh video lessons presenter, on this platform? He earned my respect with his posts. Exploit this platform; it has got materials worth thousands of $$$ (:(:

Good Luck!

thanks for your reply,

I got some video lessons of Magoosh from the reseller. these videos are divided into reasoning-quant-verbal sections and containing all topics, I guess these videos should be the same as 340 lessons that are included in magoosh course. Ive done these videos and now planning to go through Egmat course of verbal and try to improve V21 score to V35, what do you think ?

Go for Egmat or gmatwhiz.
Try both the courses and see which suits you better.

Both egmat and Magoosh are very mediocre when it comes to GMAT.
They are a huge success stories when it comes to marketing and customer acquisition, how to design the sales funnel etc, but they are mediocre at best when it comes to GMAT.

Just have a look at their team: Magoosh has fewer GMAT related people in their team and an army of Marketers.
The free content you get here is 10,000X better than the money you spend with egmat.

Just follow Buneal for Quant, and Karishma and GMAT Ninja for Verbal and you'll be absolutely fine.

Stay away from anyone who is trying to sell you his "Advance Quant question Volumes".
There are more than 3500 Official questions for Quant, which are more than enough and is an absolute must.

Official questions and answer explanations by Buneal and Karishma is all you want to hit Q51.
Believe me. Be focused on these two for Quant and you'll be in the best possible shape.

There is a ton of free verbal content by GMAT Ninja. Also there are workshop videos by Ron Purewall.
And you don't need anyone else.

Happy to help further.
