I used the different rates for different period since my country currency depreciated significantly over last 5 years. Not sure if this is a big problem if Re Vera use a single FX and they might see my compensation being overstated for far historic salary rates... I am worried now

Hey everyone.... on the Web application what exchange rate (past/present/purchasing power parity) should I use to convert salary from foreign currency to US dollar? ... Also, to convert my salary from a few years ago to USD should I still use the present exchange rate or the exchange rate at that time or Purchasing power parity calculator? ... Thanks in advance

For current rates, I would use Google and just Google the exchange rate. Such as USD to EUR or something along those lines.

As to historic salary rates, you have a couple options. You can use the current rate or you can find historic exchange rates. I don’t think anyone will verify how accurately you have made the conversion so you have some leeway how you want to present the data. You can use the exchange rate for January or June or December. Ideally, you would not give yourself a pay cut 😂
